Saison Kuche Switzerland

After being interviewed by Patrick Grossman of Galore magazine, Switzerlands Gourmet food magazine “Saison Kuche”, quickly asked to use the interview for a feature in their magazine. I was quite surprised to hear this. Now I just found out Germanys top Hotel Restaurant magazine wants to use it as well. Amazing things in store for me in Europe, as the ease of endorsments and awareness of my cuisine and vision of food is easily accepted and embraced. Danke Europe!
